PRN RN Home Health Assessments (Bellefontaine area)

Need an RN for Bellefontaine, N. Lewisburg, Springfield, St. Paris, New Carlisle, Urbana areas to go out to VA clients... homes and complete re-assessments and new client assessments. Must be able to travel to all these areas for assessments...
